Welding Consultancy - Covering the full range of welding engineering including Technical Audits and Appraisals of design, manufacture and suppliers. Welding Process and Materials selection and evaluation. Welding Procedures and Welder Training and Qualifications.

Inspection Services - In-process monitoring and surveillance inspection of all types of metal fabrications. Assessment of failures and failure investigations. Fatigue life appraisals and calculations.
Non- destructive testing, Visual, Liquid penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic and Radiography.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control - Initial assessment of all design, fabrication and welding processes, through to full accreditation to ISO 9001;2000. Preparation of all documentation and undertaking internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives etc.

Testing Laboratory - Destructive testing Tensile testing, Harness surveys (portable equipment available for site use). Micro & macro Examination, Fracture & bend tests.
